思想政治教育是我们党的优良传统和政治优势。但是，由于国际国内形势的深刻变化和当代大学生自身的特点，大学生思想政治教育出现了一些新的问题和薄弱环节，其实效性与党和国家的要求相比存在一定差距。本文分析了大学生思想政治教育工作中的问题，提出了加强党建工作是改进思想政治教育并取得实效性的基础，阐述了大学生党建工作对提升高校思想政治工作实效性的重要意义，并就如何加强大学生党建工作提高高校思想政治教育工作的实效性方面进行了新的探讨。

The ideological and political education is Party's fine tradition and political advantage. However, due to the profound changes of the international and domestic situation and the characteristics of contemporary college students, there are some new problems and weak links in ideological and political education of college students, in fact, the effectiveness has a certain gap compared to the Party and the country. This paper analyzes the problems in college students' ideological and political education work, put forward that to strengthen the work of Party construction is to improve the ideological and political education and obtain the basic effectiveness, expounds the significance of university student's Party construction work to enhance the effectiveness of ideological and political work, and how to strengthen the work of Party building of college students are discussed to improve the effectiveness of the ideological political education work
