本文从劳动过程理论出发分析了控制的四种形式:市场、技术、管理和情感控制。根据资本控制与工人抵抗的强弱,可以将劳动关系归类成相互转换的四种形式,即民主、自治、争议和认同。通过劳动过程理论对控制与抵抗的论述,有助于理解我国劳动关系处于争议多发状况的原因,采取参与、协商等方式能够实现从冲突到合作的转化。
本文從勞動過程理論齣髮分析瞭控製的四種形式:市場、技術、管理和情感控製。根據資本控製與工人牴抗的彊弱,可以將勞動關繫歸類成相互轉換的四種形式,即民主、自治、爭議和認同。通過勞動過程理論對控製與牴抗的論述,有助于理解我國勞動關繫處于爭議多髮狀況的原因,採取參與、協商等方式能夠實現從遲突到閤作的轉化。
본문종노동과정이론출발분석료공제적사충형식:시장、기술、관리화정감공제。근거자본공제여공인저항적강약,가이장노동관계귀류성상호전환적사충형식,즉민주、자치、쟁의화인동。통과노동과정이론대공제여저항적논술,유조우리해아국노동관계처우쟁의다발상황적원인,채취삼여、협상등방식능구실현종충돌도합작적전화。
In this paper, starting from the labor process theory, to analyze four types of control:market, technology, management and emotional control. Based on capital control and worker resistance, can be classified into four kinds of labor relations of mutual conversion, namely, democracy, autonomy, controversy and identity. Through the labor process theory to discuss the control and resistance, and helps us understand the reasons for China's labor relations in the dispute of multiple conditions, take participation, consultation to achieve the transformation from conflict to cooperation.
