当前，人类面临着严重的环境挑战，特别是城市生态环境越来越糟。作为城市的肺部的城市森林在改善城市生态环境起着不可替代的作用，森林作为城市发展的重要组成所面临的危机，已经引起了人们的广泛重视。本文以城市森林建设问题为例，将其与生态文明建设相结合，对当前城市森林建设存在的问题进行分析，在此基础上提出城市森林建设的改革和实施方案，希望能为城市森林建设提供参考。
