基础教育的基础性决定了它的发展更加需要公平，而广大农村的基础教育更加需要公平。但是，我国农村的基础教育存在着严重不公平的现象，这不仅会对农村教育和全国教育的发展产生不利的影响，而且也会制约农村、甚至是国家的可持续发展。因此，本文试图在分析农村基础教育不公平现象的基础上，探讨如何更好地解决农村基础教育的公平问题。

The basic foundation of education decides its development needs more fair, and the basic education of the vast rural areas need more fair. However, there is a serious phenomenon of unfair in China's basic education in rural areas, it will not only have a negative impact on the development of rural education and the national education, but also restrict the rural, and even the country's sustainable development. Therefore, this paper tries to analyze rural basic education unfair phenomena, explore how to better solve the problem of fairness in rural basic education.
