本文认为全面优化教学手段是实施素质教育的必要条件,也是基础课程改革的重要组成部分。要充分发挥教学手段在教学中的功能和作用,就要构建政策支持的领导管理机制,建立传统教学手段与现代化教学手段的协调和共享机制,建立全面覆盖的教师培训交流机制,构建多元化的绩效评价机制等。
本文認為全麵優化教學手段是實施素質教育的必要條件,也是基礎課程改革的重要組成部分。要充分髮揮教學手段在教學中的功能和作用,就要構建政策支持的領導管理機製,建立傳統教學手段與現代化教學手段的協調和共享機製,建立全麵覆蓋的教師培訓交流機製,構建多元化的績效評價機製等。
본문인위전면우화교학수단시실시소질교육적필요조건,야시기출과정개혁적중요조성부분。요충분발휘교학수단재교학중적공능화작용,취요구건정책지지적령도관리궤제,건립전통교학수단여현대화교학수단적협조화공향궤제,건립전면복개적교사배훈교류궤제,구건다원화적적효평개궤제등。
This paper considers the overall optimization of teaching methods is a necessary condition for the implementation of quality education, it is also an important part of the basic education curriculum reform. To full play the role of teaching means in teaching, we should construct the policy support of the leadership and management mechanism, the establishment of the coordination and sharing mechanism traditional teaching and modern teaching means, set up the mechanism of teacher training exchanges full coverage, constructing the performance evaluation mechanism.
