以黑龙江省西部地区的4个桑树品系的离体微枝为外植体,建立了再生体系,从外植体的选择、培养基的选择、褐变的控制等方面分析了影响微体培养中生长状况的因子,认为采用嫩茎、选用1/2MS 基本培养基,在培养中多次转接控制褐变等综合措施可实现桑微体繁殖培养。
