为了改善轴流转桨水轮机调速器的控制性能,在考虑调速系统非线性因素的基础上,提出了一种多指标非线性控制策略。通过分析轴流转桨水轮机机械特性,给出了水轮机调速系统各环节数学模型,在此基础上建立了轴流转桨水轮机调速系统的非线性模型。并基于多指标非线性控制理论,针对轴流转桨水轮机的刚性水锤效应,设计了非线性控制器。仿真结果表明,文中所建立的调速系统模型,能有效反映轴流转桨水轮机非线性特征;所提出的控制策略与工程实际中应用的 PID 策略相比,能更好地改善系统的稳定性和运行特性,控制目标品质更为优秀,使得系统具有很高的可靠性和抗干扰能力。

To improve control performance of Kaplan turbine governor, on the basis of considering nonlinear factors in speed governing system a multi-index nonlinear control strategy is proposed. By means of analyzing mechanical characteristics of Kaplan turbine, mathematical models of all parts of hydraulic turbine governing system are given, and on this basis a nonlinear model of speed governing system for Kaplan turbine is established. Based on the theory of multi-index nonlinear control, in allusion to rigid water hammer effect a nonlinear controller is designed. Simulation results show that the established speed governing system can reflect nonlinear characteristics of Kaplan turbine effectively;comparing with PID control strategy applied in actual engineering, the proposed control strategy can improve the stability and operation performance of the control system effectively, and the character of control objective is outstanding, thus the control system possesses high reliability and anti-jamming capability.
