针对矸石膏体充填实验中实验指标庞杂,且缺少统一的技术标准等问题,提出了实验指标应依据膏体性能满足膏体输送工艺、充填方式及地表沉陷控制等方面的要求,以塌落度、充填体强度(包括早期强度和后期强度)、凝结时间(包括初凝时间和终凝时间)和压缩率作为矸石膏体材料配比实验作为考察指标,并确定了各指标值的实验方法。观测结果表明:实施充填后,地面建筑物破坏等级为Ⅰ级。确定的实验考察指标及指标值是合理的,在生产实践中具有良好的指导意义。
針對矸石膏體充填實驗中實驗指標龐雜,且缺少統一的技術標準等問題,提齣瞭實驗指標應依據膏體性能滿足膏體輸送工藝、充填方式及地錶沉陷控製等方麵的要求,以塌落度、充填體彊度(包括早期彊度和後期彊度)、凝結時間(包括初凝時間和終凝時間)和壓縮率作為矸石膏體材料配比實驗作為攷察指標,併確定瞭各指標值的實驗方法。觀測結果錶明:實施充填後,地麵建築物破壞等級為Ⅰ級。確定的實驗攷察指標及指標值是閤理的,在生產實踐中具有良好的指導意義。

It is a problem how to choose experiment indexs and determine their values in the experiment on coal gangue paste filling, because the numerous and jumbled experiment indexs are lack of uniform technical standards. Aiming at the problem, experiment indexs should be choosed according to the paste performance which ought to meet the needs of paste transportation process, filling mode and surface subsidence control. Also easy use of experiment indexs is required. Through research slump, strength of filling body(including early-age strength and post-strength), setting time(including initial setting time and final setting time) and compression rate are chosen as the investigation indexs of proportion experiment on paste filling materials. And the value of every index is determined. Observation of surface ground subsidence shows that the damage degree of surface buildings reaches gradeⅠafter filling. Practices have proven that experiment indexs determined and their values are reasonable, which have good directive significance for coal gangue paste filling.
