研究紫叶小檗叶红色素的提取条件。在单因素试验和正交试验的基础上,进行三因素三水平中心组合设计,利用响应面法优化提取条件。微波功率、固液比和微波处理时间对红色素提取产量影响较大,利用Design Expert软件对紫叶小檗叶红色素提取产量的二次多项数学模型分析表明,模型具有显著性(p<0.0001),决定系数为0.9810,以92%酸乙醇提取,微波能22.1 kJ、固液比1∶30.27(g∶mL)时,红色素提取产量最高。利用优化工艺参数提取紫叶小檗叶红色素时,具有最大的提取产量。

@@@@To optimize conditions for extracting red pigment from the leaf of Berberis thunbergii var atropurpurea. Based on the single factor and orthogonal test, three factors and three levels by Box-Behnken design, response surface method was applied to optimize the extraction process. It showed that the microwave power, microwave irradiation time and the ratio of solid to solution were importent to the extraction yield of Berberis thunbergii leaf red pigments (BTRP).Experimental data were analyzed by solving the regression equation with Design Expert 8.0.6.1.It was indicated that the model was significant(p<0.000 1), R2=0.981 0 and the optimum extraction parameters were microwave energy 22.1 kJ,the ratio of solid to solution 1∶30.27 (g∶mL) and ethanol content 92%.Under these conditions, the red pigments extraction yield was highest. It had maximal extraction yield of BTRP with optimized technique parameters.
