煤矿供电采用双回路供电线路,以保证供电的连续性和可靠性。正常情况下双回供电线路采用分列运行方式,一回路运行时另一回路带电备用。当工作回路发生故障中断供电时,备用回路应能立即投入运行。但在煤矿生产过程中,由于极端的气候异常会导致双回路同时停电。本文通过强风引起煤矿双回路同时停电事故的原因分析,提出了预防同类大面积停电事故的措施。

But in coal mine production process, due to the extreme climatic anomaly can lead to double circuit and power outages.This paper analysed reason of large area blackout accident in coal mine because of strong breeze. The precautionary measure was presented.
