目的探讨养胃颗粒的镇痛抗炎作用。方法取养胃颗粒配制的不同剂量对实验小鼠给药,应用醋酸致小鼠扭体法、小鼠热板法、二甲苯致小鼠耳廓肿胀法研究其镇痛抗炎作用。结果养胃颗粒可减少醋酸致小鼠扭体次数,延长小鼠舔足时间,减轻二甲苯致小鼠耳廓肿胀程度。结论养胃颗粒具有一定的镇痛抗炎效果。

목적탐토양위과립적진통항염작용。방법취양위과립배제적불동제량대실험소서급약,응용작산치소서뉴체법、소서열판법、이갑분치소서이곽종창법연구기진통항염작용。결과양위과립가감소작산치소서뉴체차수,연장소서첨족시간,감경이갑분치소서이곽종창정도。결론양위과립구유일정적진통항염효과。
Objective To investigate the analgesia and anti-inflammatory effects of Yangwei Granules. Methods The anti-inflammatory and analgesia effects were observed by means of acetic acid inducing mouse writhing model, hot plate method and dimethylbenzene inducing ear edema model. Results It was found that Yangwei Granules significantly reducing the writhing frequency inducing by acetic acid, markedly increasing the pain threshold in mice induced by hot plate, evidently suppressing the mouse’s ear edema induced by dimethylbenzene. Conclusions The Yangwei Granules has anti-inflammatory and analgesic effects.
