运用阴离子交换层析、葡聚糖凝胶层析对经氯磺酸-甲酰胺法制备的魔芋葡甘寡聚糖硫酸酯(HOGS)纯化,洗脱曲线表明纯化后的HOGS与HOG完全分离,组分均一,醋酸纤维素薄膜电泳为单一条带。采用GPC、FT-IR、1H-NMR等方法分别对HOGS的相对分子质量、硫酸基团及基团引入位置进行分析,结果表明HOGS相对分子质量分布窄,-OSO3-的S=O与C-O-S键的伸缩振动显示已引入硫酸基团,引入硫酸基团的位置在糖环的C2、C3、C6位羟基上。
運用陰離子交換層析、葡聚糖凝膠層析對經氯磺痠-甲酰胺法製備的魔芋葡甘寡聚糖硫痠酯(HOGS)純化,洗脫麯線錶明純化後的HOGS與HOG完全分離,組分均一,醋痠纖維素薄膜電泳為單一條帶。採用GPC、FT-IR、1H-NMR等方法分彆對HOGS的相對分子質量、硫痠基糰及基糰引入位置進行分析,結果錶明HOGS相對分子質量分佈窄,-OSO3-的S=O與C-O-S鍵的伸縮振動顯示已引入硫痠基糰,引入硫痠基糰的位置在糖環的C2、C3、C6位羥基上。
운용음리자교환층석、포취당응효층석대경록광산-갑선알법제비적마우포감과취당류산지(HOGS)순화,세탈곡선표명순화후적HOGS여HOG완전분리,조분균일,작산섬유소박막전영위단일조대。채용GPC、FT-IR、1H-NMR등방법분별대HOGS적상대분자질량、류산기단급기단인입위치진행분석,결과표명HOGS상대분자질량분포착,-OSO3-적S=O여C-O-S건적신축진동현시이인입류산기단,인입류산기단적위치재당배적C2、C3、C6위간기상。
@@@@Anion exchange and glucans gel filtration chromatography was used to purify HOGS which was prepared by chlorosulfonic acid and formamide. The result of elution curve demonstrated that HOGS was purified as one component,acetyl cellulose thin film electrophoresis showed a sole band. Molecular weight determination result by gelatin seepage chromatograph showed that relative molecular mass distribution of HOGS was narrow. Characteristic absorption peak of sulfuric acid groups and bases analyzed by FT-IR showed that HOGS was successfully sulfated. 1H-NMR analysis demonstrated that molecular had already linked sulfate group on C2,C3 and C6 position.
