本文针对射频信号手动测试的局限性,提出了一套基于Visual Basic语言的自动测试系统。该自动测试系统通过调用SCPI(可编程仪器标准命令集)对带有GPIB接口的无线通信综测仪及射频信号发生器进行程控,并根据测试流程自动完成相关测试项目。实际生产测试检验证明,较之传统的人工测试,可以大幅提高测试效率与精确度;此外,系统结构灵活,扩展性强,具有很好的市场应用前景。
本文針對射頻信號手動測試的跼限性,提齣瞭一套基于Visual Basic語言的自動測試繫統。該自動測試繫統通過調用SCPI(可編程儀器標準命令集)對帶有GPIB接口的無線通信綜測儀及射頻信號髮生器進行程控,併根據測試流程自動完成相關測試項目。實際生產測試檢驗證明,較之傳統的人工測試,可以大幅提高測試效率與精確度;此外,繫統結構靈活,擴展性彊,具有很好的市場應用前景。

According to the limitations of the manual test for the RF signal, an automatic-test System based on the Visual Basic is proposed. By calling the SCPI, the System can control the wireless comprehensive instrument with GPIB interface by computer program and achieve some test project for real test progress. It was proved by the product practice, in comparison to the traditional manul test, the automatic-test system can improve measuring efficiency and precision. Moreover, the sytem can be applied in other more test field for it’s modular construction and well scalability.
