建立凝胶渗透色谱-固相萃取-高效液相色谱联用技术测定熏烤肉制品中苯并(a)芘残留量的分析方法。采用凝胶渗透色谱进行样品前处理,用反相高效液相色谱荧光法对熏烤肉制品中苯并(a)芘残留量进行测定,以保留时间定性,外标法定量。结果表明,苯并(a)芘在0~20μg/L的浓度范围内,其线性相关系数是0.9996,最低检出限为0.15μg/kg,加标回收率为85.9%~94.3%,相对标准偏差为2.8%~4.6%。该方法是一种快速、灵敏、稳定可靠的测定熏烤肉制品中苯并(a)芘残留量的方法,对五种不同浓度质控样品进行了测试分析,均获得了满意的结果,符合熏烤肉制品中苯并(a)芘残留量检测的技术要求。

@@@@A method was established for the determination of benzo (a) pyrene in smoked meat products by GPC-SPE-HPLC analysis. The sample pretreatment is in the method of gel permeation chromatography (GPC), benzo (a) pyrene residue in samples were determined with the method of reversed-phase high performance liquid chromatography-fluorescence, qualitative with retention time and external standard. The results showed that, in the concentration range from 0 to 20μg/L, the correlation coefficient of benzo (a) pyrene is 0.999 6, The detection limit was 0.15μg/kg, the percentage of recovery of benzo(a) pyrene were obtained from 85.9%to 94.3%, the relative standard deviations (RSDs) ranged from 2.8%to 4.6%.The sensitivity, accuracy and precision of this method, five different concentrations quality control samples were tested, satisfactory results were obtained, The method can be applied to determine benzo (a) pyrene in Smoked meat products.
