对新疆亚麻油的理化性质和脂肪酸的组成进行了分析,分析结果表明新疆伊犁亚麻油酸值为1.313 mgKOH/g,碘值为172.16 gI2/100 g,皂化值为192.57 mgKOH/g,过氧化值为5.54 mmol/kg。新疆伊犁亚麻油中主要含有5种脂肪酸:棕榈酸(5.79%)、硬脂酸(3.57%)、油酸(21.52%)、亚油酸(16.46%)、α-亚麻酸(52.66%),其中不饱和脂肪酸高达90.64%。其可作为食用油和工业应用的优质原料。

대신강아마유적이화성질화지방산적조성진행료분석,분석결과표명신강이리아마유산치위1.313 mgKOH/g,전치위172.16 gI2/100 g,조화치위192.57 mgKOH/g,과양화치위5.54 mmol/kg。신강이리아마유중주요함유5충지방산:종려산(5.79%)、경지산(3.57%)、유산(21.52%)、아유산(16.46%)、α-아마산(52.66%),기중불포화지방산고체90.64%。기가작위식용유화공업응용적우질원료。
@@@@The physicochemical properties and the compositions of fatty acid of linseed oil were analyzed. The results showed that its acid value was 1.313 mgKOH/g, iodine value was 172.16 gI2/100 g, saponification value was 192.57 mgKOH/g, peroxide value was 5.54 m mol/kg, and five kinds of fatty acids were found in linseed oil of Xinjiang:hexadecanoic acid (5.79%), stearic acid (3.57%), oleic acid (21.52%), linoleic acid (16.46%) and linolenic acid (52.66%). The percentage of unsaturated fatty acid reached 90.46%. It is a high-quality raw material for edible oil industrial applications.
