目的研究在标准化疗方案的基础上，联合康复新液治疗肺结核，对提高2月痰转阴率、空洞性肺结核患者空洞闭合率方面所起的作用，从而更有效的控制结核病的蔓延。方法2011年10月至2012年10月我院确诊的初治涂阳患者86人，随机分为治疗组和对照组。初治空洞型肺结核患者104人，随机分为治疗组和对照组；治疗组：标准结核化疗方案联合口服康复新液；对照组：标准结核化疗方案。结果治疗组肺结核满疗程后空洞闭合率高，2个月痰转阴率高；对照组肺结核患者空洞缩小不明显、闭合率低，2个月痰转阴率低。结论标准化疗方案联合康复新液治疗肺结核空洞疗效较好，转阴时间缩短，值得临床推广应用。
목적연구재표준화료방안적기출상，연합강복신액치료폐결핵，대제고2월담전음솔、공동성폐결핵환자공동폐합솔방면소기적작용，종이경유효적공제결핵병적만연。방법2011년10월지2012년10월아원학진적초치도양환자86인，수궤분위치료조화대조조。초치공동형폐결핵환자104인，수궤분위치료조화대조조；치료조：표준결핵화료방안연합구복강복신액；대조조：표준결핵화료방안。결과치료조폐결핵만료정후공동폐합솔고，2개월담전음솔고；대조조폐결핵환자공동축소불명현、폐합솔저，2개월담전음솔저。결론표준화료방안연합강복신액치료폐결핵공동료효교호，전음시간축단，치득림상추엄응용。
Objective To discuss the effectiveness of standard chemotherapy combined with Kangfuxin Liquid to treat pulmonary tuberculosis, especially to help the second-month sputum of patients become negative, improve cavity closure rate of cavitary tuberculosis patients. Methods 86 smear positive patients were divided into two groups at random, 106 cavitary patients were divided into two groups at random:experiment group ( group A) treated with standard chemotherapy and Kangfuxin;and control group ( group B) treated with standard chemotherapy only.Results Second-month sputum of patients become negative, and the rate of occlusion was higher significantly in group A. Conclusion standard chemotherapy combined with Kangfuxin Liquid have good effect to treat the inanition of pulmonary tuberculosis and shorten time of patients become negative, worthy of clinical application..
