目的对应用综合健康管理模式对出现血压异常的乡镇社区中青年人群实施干预的临床效果进行研究。方法抽取300例血压异常乡镇社区中青年人资料，将其分为对照组和干预组，平均每组150例。采用常规管理模式对对照组患者实施干预；在常规管理模式基础上，采用综合健康管理模式对干预组患者实施干预。结果干预组患者血压控制效果明显优于对照组；血压控制所需时间和接受干预时间明显短于对照组；出现并发症的人数明显少于对照组；对护理干预满意度明显高于对照组。结论应用综合健康管理模式对出现血压异常的乡镇社区中青年人群实施干预的临床效果非常明显。

Objective On the application of integrated health management model on blood pressure abnormalities in young people Township community intervention clinic effect research. Methods Selected 300 cases abnormal blood pressure in young Township community information, which can be divided into intervention group and control group with 150 cases in each group, the average.Using the conventional management mode on the patients of control group intervention;in the conventional mode of management on the basis of, applying the comprehensive health management pattern to the patients in the intervention group intervention. Results The patients in the intervention group blood pressure control effect is better than the control group;blood pressure control time required and to receive the intervention time was significantly shorter than the control group;the number of complications were less than that of the control group;the nursing satisfaction was higher than that of control group.
