目的研究儿童保健过程中引入心理行为评估以及早期干预的效果和方法。方法选取2009年2月至2012年2月到我院参与儿童保健服务的1820例儿童资料，在传统儿童保健模式的基础上引入心理行为评估和早期干预措施，每3个月做一次体格检查以及智商测评。选取100例门诊儿童为对照组，进行家长育儿知识知晓率、儿童体格和发育商比较。结果引入心理行为评估以及早期干预措施之后，按时到医院体检的依从率提高，家长对育儿知识的认知率显著提高，儿童体格和发育商都得到增加，明显优于对照组（P≤0.05）。参保儿童的心理行为问题以及常见疾病减少。结论儿童保健全程引入心理行为评估以及干预，效果良好，容易操作，值得推广。
목적연구인동보건과정중인입심리행위평고이급조기간예적효과화방법。방법선취2009년2월지2012년2월도아원삼여인동보건복무적1820례인동자료，재전통인동보건모식적기출상인입심리행위평고화조기간예조시，매3개월주일차체격검사이급지상측평。선취100례문진인동위대조조，진행가장육인지식지효솔、인동체격화발육상비교。결과인입심리행위평고이급조기간예조시지후，안시도의원체검적의종솔제고，가장대육인지식적인지솔현저제고，인동체격화발육상도득도증가，명현우우대조조（P≤0.05）。삼보인동적심리행위문제이급상견질병감소。결론인동보건전정인입심리행위평고이급간예，효과량호，용역조작，치득추엄。
Objective To study the children's health was introduced into the process of psychological behavior evaluation and early intervention and method. Methods From 2009 February to 2012 February to my courtyard to participate in child health services in 1820 cases of children in child health care information, the traditional model based on the introduction of psychological behavioral assessment and early intervention, every 3 months to take a physical examination as well as the intelligence assessment. We selected 100 cases of outpatient children as control group, were parenting knowledge, child physical and developmental quotient comparison. Results The introduction of psychological behavior evaluation and early intervention measures, on time to hospital medical compliance rate, parents on parental knowledge awareness rate significantly increased, child physical and development have been increased, significantly better than the control group ( P≤0.05 ). The insured children's psychological behavior problems as well as common diseases reduce. Conclusion Child care throughout the introduction of psychological behavioral assessment and intervention, good effect, easy to operate, is worth popularizing.
