目的探讨PPH结合痔切除与开放式外剥内扎术治疗痔疮的比较情况。方法分析我院普外科收治入院的痔疮患者98例临床资料，依据手术治疗措施不同进行分组，PPH结合痔切除组60例和开放式外剥内扎术组38例。结果 PPH结合痔切除组手术时间、术中出血量、创面愈合时间、住院时间均低于开放式外剥内扎术组，同时PPH结合痔切除组术后疼痛、术后尿潴留、肛门肿胀及切口渗血等均低于开放式外剥内扎术组，P＜0.05，差异有统计学意义。结论 PPH术是一种治疗痔相对简单、安全的治疗措施，其创伤和并发症方面均明显优于开放式外剥内扎术，值得临床推广应用。
목적탐토PPH결합치절제여개방식외박내찰술치료치창적비교정황。방법분석아원보외과수치입원적치창환자98례림상자료，의거수술치료조시불동진행분조，PPH결합치절제조60례화개방식외박내찰술조38례。결과 PPH결합치절제조수술시간、술중출혈량、창면유합시간、주원시간균저우개방식외박내찰술조，동시PPH결합치절제조술후동통、술후뇨저류、항문종창급절구삼혈등균저우개방식외박내찰술조，P＜0.05，차이유통계학의의。결론 PPH술시일충치료치상대간단、안전적치료조시，기창상화병발증방면균명현우우개방식외박내찰술，치득림상추엄응용。
Objective To approach comparative of curing hemorrhoids by PPH combines the hemorrhoids and open Milligan-Morgan hemorrhoidectomy. Method To analyze 98 cases clinical data of hemorrhoids patients of our hospital Department of general surgery, which was to be divided into open Milligan-Morgan hemorrhoidectomy group 38 cases and PPH combines the hemorrhoids group 60 cases. Result The operation time, amount of bleeding, wound healing time, hospitalization time of PPH combines the hemorrhoids group were lower than open Milligan-Morgan hemorrhoidectomy group, the postoperative pain, postoperative urinary retention, anal swelling and incision oozing of blood of PPH combines the hemorrhoids group were lower than open Milligan-Morgan hemorrhoidectomy group, P<0.05, the difference were statistical significance. Conclusion PPH is a relatively simple, safe treatment of hemorrhoids treatment, trauma and complications were significantly better than open Milligan-Morgan hemorrhoidectomy, which was to be used.
