目的探讨基层医院开展临床药学服务的方法。方法通过加强药学专业技术人员专业素质提高、病历分析、处方点评、临床会诊、参与病案讨论、用药咨询、临床合理用药指导和药物不良反应监测、编辑《药讯》等模式有力推进我院临床药学工作的深入开展。结果通过近年来的实践与摸索，我院的临床药学服务模式已具雏形。通过近几年开展的临床药学对临床用药的干预，医院不合理或不规范用药情况已明显减少。结论我院临床药学开展方法可以在基层医院推广。

목적탐토기층의원개전림상약학복무적방법。방법통과가강약학전업기술인원전업소질제고、병력분석、처방점평、림상회진、삼여병안토론、용약자순、림상합리용약지도화약물불량반응감측、편집《약신》등모식유력추진아원림상약학공작적심입개전。결과통과근년래적실천여모색，아원적림상약학복무모식이구추형。통과근궤년개전적림상약학대림상용약적간예，의원불합리혹불규범용약정황이명현감소。결론아원림상약학개전방법가이재기층의원추엄。
Objective To explore the method of clinical pharmacy service in primary hospital. Methods By strengthening the pharmacy technical personnel ability and medical history analysis and prescription reviews and clinical consultation and participate in case discussion and medication consultation and the guidance of the clinical rational drug use and Adverse drug reaction monitoring and edit 《Drug communication》 mode to effectively promote clinical pharmaceutical work thorough development in our hospital. Results Through nearly years of practice and exploration, the mode of service had been taking shape. Through nearly years of the intervention by develop clinical pharmacy, the situation of irrational drug used and unreasonable drug used situation has significantly reduced. Conclusion Clinical pharmacy in our method can promote in primary hospital. Clinicalpharmacy service carry out to effectively improve the level of rational use of drug in hospital.
