目的分析变应性真菌性鼻-鼻窦炎致病菌种类和治疗效果，以供临床参考。方法以2009年5月至2012年4月在我院耳鼻喉科接受治疗的变应性真菌性鼻-鼻窦炎患者89例为研究对象，回顾性分析其临床资料。探讨引起变应性真菌性鼻-鼻窦炎的致病菌种类，并观察鼻内镜治疗的效果。结果致病菌以烟色曲霉素、黄曲霉素居多。经鼻内镜手术后随访6个月，均痊愈或好转，总有效率为100.00%。结论引起变应性真菌性鼻-鼻窦炎的致病菌以曲霉素类为主，采用鼻内镜手术治疗效果较为满意，对康复进程具有积极的促进作用，值得在临床予以推广。
목적분석변응성진균성비-비두염치병균충류화치료효과，이공림상삼고。방법이2009년5월지2012년4월재아원이비후과접수치료적변응성진균성비-비두염환자89례위연구대상，회고성분석기림상자료。탐토인기변응성진균성비-비두염적치병균충류，병관찰비내경치료적효과。결과치병균이연색곡매소、황곡매소거다。경비내경수술후수방6개월，균전유혹호전，총유효솔위100.00%。결론인기변응성진균성비-비두염적치병균이곡매소류위주，채용비내경수술치료효과교위만의，대강복진정구유적겁적촉진작용，치득재림상여이추엄。
Objective Analysis of allergic fungal sinusitis, pathogenic bacteria and treatment effect, for clinical reference. Methods Choose 89 cases with allergic fungal sinusitis from May. 2009 to Apr. 2012 in department of Ear-Nose-Throat of our hospital as the study object, give a retrospective analysis. Discussion on cause of allergic fungal sinusitis pathogenic bacteria, and to observe the therapeutic effect of nasal endoscope. Results Pathogenic bacteria were smoky aflatoxin and aflatoxin mainly. Nasal endoscope operation and followed up for 6 months, were cured or improved, the total efficiency of 100.00%. Conclusion The cause of allergic fungal sinusitis pathogens to aflatoxin kind give priority, under nasal endoscope operation treatment effect is satisfactory, the rehabilitation process has positive stimulative effect, is worthy of clinical popularization in the future.
