目的探讨全血超敏 C 反应蛋白（hs-CRP）和白细胞（WBC）联合检测在儿科感染性疾病中的诊断价值。方法分别对临床证实的60例细菌感染患儿、80例病毒感染患儿和50例健康儿童对照进行末梢全血 hs-CRP 和 WBC 测定。结果细菌感染组的 hs-CRP 和 WBC结果显著增高，与其他两组相比有显著性统计学意义（P ＜0.01）；病毒感染组的 hs-CRP 结果与正常对照组相比有统计学意义（P ＜0.05）， WBC 结果与正常对照组相比无统计学意义（P ＞0.05）。结论联合检测全血 hs-CRP 和 WBC 有助于儿科细菌感染性疾病的鉴别诊断。
목적탐토전혈초민 C 반응단백（hs-CRP）화백세포（WBC）연합검측재인과감염성질병중적진단개치。방법분별대림상증실적60례세균감염환인、80례병독감염환인화50례건강인동대조진행말소전혈 hs-CRP 화 WBC 측정。결과세균감염조적 hs-CRP 화 WBC결과현저증고，여기타량조상비유현저성통계학의의（P ＜0.01）；병독감염조적 hs-CRP 결과여정상대조조상비유통계학의의（P ＜0.05）， WBC 결과여정상대조조상비무통계학의의（P ＞0.05）。결론연합검측전혈 hs-CRP 화 WBC 유조우인과세균감염성질병적감별진단。
Objective To investigate the value of combined detecting high sensitivity C reactive protein (hs-CRP) and white blood cell (WBC) in pediatric patients. Methods Compare the results of hs-CRP and WBC in 60 cases bacterial infection, 80 cases of virus infection and 50 healthy children. Results The results of hs-CRP and WBC were significantly increased in the bacterial infection group (P<0.01); viral infection group hs-CRP results had statistical significance compared with the normal control group (P<0.05), the WBC results compared with the normal control group had no statistical significance (P>0.05). Conclusion The combined detection of hs-CRP and WBC is helpful for differential diagnosis of pediatric infectious diseases caused by bacteria.
