目的探讨急性重症胰腺炎的非手术治疗疗效评价。方法回顾分析69例急性重症胰腺炎的临床资料及早期内科非手术综合治疗效果。结果治疗后无并发症痊愈出院43例。治疗过程中出现并发症依次为 ARDS、左心衰、胰腺假性囊肿、胰腺脓肿。转至外科手术治疗4例，死亡3例。结论急性重症胰腺炎目前主张采取早期内科非手术综合治疗，加强首发器官衰竭的治疗及并发的多脏器功能衰竭的系统监控，对于提高治愈率，降低脏器功能衰竭发生率和病死率十分重要。

Objective To investigate the nonoperative treatment for severe acute pancreatitis effect assessment. Methods Retrospective analysis of 69 cases of acute severe pancreatitis clinical material and early medical non-operative treatment effect. Results After treatment, the patient was discharged after 43 patients with no complications. In the process of treatment of complications in ARDS, left heart failure, pancreatic pseudocyst, pancreatic abscess. Turn to the surgical treatment of 4 cases, 3 cases of death. Conclusion Acute severe pancreatitis currently favor early medical non-operative treatment, strengthen starting the treatment of organ failure and complicated by multiple organ failure system monitoring, to improve the cure rate, reduce the incidence and mortality of organ failure is very important.
