目的增强对锁定钢板的认识，分析研究锁定钢板治疗骨折出现的并发症及防治措施。方法选取2010年11月至2012年12月在我院进行锁定钢板治疗骨折后有并发症发生的20例患者的临床资料进行分析。结果20例患者发生并发症的原因有1例手术操作不规范，2例术后功能训练不合理，3例术后感染，5例复位不佳，延迟愈合，1例畸形愈合，5例原始损伤严重，2例固定钢板长度不合适，导致骨折处疼痛，1例钢板松动。结论正确选用合适的锁定钢板，了解锁定钢板的特点和原理，进行骨折部位良好的复位与置入操作。
목적증강대쇄정강판적인식，분석연구쇄정강판치료골절출현적병발증급방치조시。방법선취2010년11월지2012년12월재아원진행쇄정강판치료골절후유병발증발생적20례환자적림상자료진행분석。결과20례환자발생병발증적원인유1례수술조작불규범，2례술후공능훈련불합리，3례술후감염，5례복위불가，연지유합，1례기형유합，5례원시손상엄중，2례고정강판장도불합괄，도치골절처동통，1례강판송동。결론정학선용합괄적쇄정강판，료해쇄정강판적특점화원리，진행골절부위량호적복위여치입조작。
Objective To enhance understanding of locking plate, locking plate analysis research complications and prevention measures for the treatment of fractures occur. Methods Select November 2010 to December 2012 in our hospital after treatment with locking plate fracture complications of the clinical data of 20 patients were analyzed. Results 20 patients had 1 case because of complications operation is not standard, 2 cases of postoperative function training is unreasonable, 3 cases of postoperative infection, 5 cases were reset, delayed healing, 1 case of malunion, 5 cases of primary damage is serious, 2 cases of fixed length of steel plate is not appropriate, lead to fracture pain, 1 case of steel plate is loose. Conclusion The right to choose the appropriate locking plate, understand the characteristics and principle of locking plate, good fracture reduction and put into operation.
