目的建立甘露茶定性、定量的检验方法,其目标为显微鉴别和高效液相含量测定。方法采用中药材粉末显微鉴定,寻找甘露茶在显微镜下的防风、广藿香、山楂、鸭脚木叶和青蒿药材的特征性细胞;采用高效液相法测定甘露茶中青皮药材的含量,流动相:乙腈-0.2%磷酸溶液(20∶80);检测波长:284nm;流速:1.0mL/min;柱温:35℃。结果显微鉴定:防风、广藿香、山楂、鸭脚木叶和青蒿药材特征性强具有一定的代表性;含量测定:青皮药材中橙皮苷在7.5188~481.2μg 之间呈良好的线性关系,回归方程为 Y=17.239x +17.608, R2=1(n=7),平均回收率为99.87%,RSD=1.94%(n=6)。结论本方法快速、简便、准确,专属性强,重现性好,可作为甘露茶质量控制的方法。

Objective In order to search an easy ,accurate and quick method to control the quality of Ganlucha, we establish a microscopical identification for the characteristic identification and a HPLC method for the content determination of Ganlucha. Method We use the Chinese herbal medicine powder microscopical identification method to identify the characteristic cells of the Saposhnikoviae Radix, the Pogostemonis Herba, the Crataegi Fructus, the Sehefflera octophylla and the Artemisiae Annuae Herba. We use the HPLC method to determine the content of the Pericarpium citri reticulatae viride. Mobile phase: Acetonitrile - 0.2% phosphoric acid (20∶80); detection wavelength: 284 nm; Flow rate: 1.0mL/min; Column temperature 35℃. Results Microscopical identification: The Saposhnikoviae Radix, the Pogostemonis Herba, the Crataegi Fructus, the Sehefflera octophylla and the Artemisiae Annuae Herba show the strong characters; HPLC: the result shows the method is accurate and easy to handle. In the range of 7.5188-481.2μg, the Hesperidi in the Pericarpium Citri Reticulatae Viride herbal shows a good linear relationship. The regression equation is Y=17.239 x +17.608, R2=1 (n=7) and the average recovery is 99.87%, RSD=1.94% (n=6). Conclusion The identification of the Saposhnikoviae Radix, the Pogostemonis Herba, the Crataegi Fructus, the Sehefflera octophylla and the Artemisiae Annuae Herba. by microscopical identification method is accurate and easy. The content determination of the Hesperidi by HPLC is simple, specific and reproducible. We can use these methods to control the quality of Ganlucha.
