目的建立加味左金丸中盐酸小檗碱的提取和测定方法。方法以50%甲醇-盐酸（100∶1）为溶剂，超声提取30min 作为盐酸小檗碱的提取方法。色谱柱 CAPCELL PAK C18；流动相：乙腈-0.05mol/L 磷酸二氢钠溶液（含0.2%的三乙胺，用磷酸调 pH 值为3.0）（25∶75）；检测波长263nm。结果盐酸小檗碱在进样量0.06672~1.3344mg 范围内线性良好 r=1，平均回收率为99.27%，RSD=0.71%，（n=6）。结论该方法操作简便，准确可靠，可用于提取和测定加味左金丸中盐酸小檗碱的含量。
目的建立加味左金汍中鹽痠小檗堿的提取和測定方法。方法以50%甲醇-鹽痠（100∶1）為溶劑，超聲提取30min 作為鹽痠小檗堿的提取方法。色譜柱 CAPCELL PAK C18；流動相：乙腈-0.05mol/L 燐痠二氫鈉溶液（含0.2%的三乙胺，用燐痠調 pH 值為3.0）（25∶75）；檢測波長263nm。結果鹽痠小檗堿在進樣量0.06672~1.3344mg 範圍內線性良好 r=1，平均迴收率為99.27%，RSD=0.71%，（n=6）。結論該方法操作簡便，準確可靠，可用于提取和測定加味左金汍中鹽痠小檗堿的含量。
목적건립가미좌금환중염산소벽감적제취화측정방법。방법이50%갑순-염산（100∶1）위용제，초성제취30min 작위염산소벽감적제취방법。색보주 CAPCELL PAK C18；류동상：을정-0.05mol/L 린산이경납용액（함0.2%적삼을알，용린산조 pH 치위3.0）（25∶75）；검측파장263nm。결과염산소벽감재진양량0.06672~1.3344mg 범위내선성량호 r=1，평균회수솔위99.27%，RSD=0.71%，（n=6）。결론해방법조작간편，준학가고，가용우제취화측정가미좌금환중염산소벽감적함량。
Objective To develop a method for the extraction and determination of berberine hydrochloride in Jiaweizuojin Pills. Methods Berberine hydrochloride was extracted with 50% methanol-hydrochloric acid(100∶1) in ultrasonic cleaner for 30 minutes. The CAPCELL PAK C18 column was used. The mobile phase was acetonitrile-0.05mol/L sodium dihydrogen phosphate (including 0.2% triethylamine and pH value was adjusted to 3.0)(25∶75). The detection wavelength was at 263 nm. Results The linearity of berberine ydrochloride was fine in the range of 0.06672-1.3344 mg (r=1). The average recovery was 99.27% and RSD was 0.71% (n=6). Conclusion The method was convenient and reliable. It was suitable for extraction and determination of berberine hydrochloride in Jiaweizuojin Pills.
