近十年来，各类狼疮肾炎的治疗原则因近年来的随机临床试验结果起了变化。新的治疗方法如短期内环磷酰胺冲击而后加用吗替麦考酚酯或其他免疫抑制剂或者使用生物制剂如利妥昔单抗等方案可在保持原有疗效的情况下减少因长期用药导致的副作用。在此，本人参考国内外多篇综述及随机临床试验结果，为控制狼疮肾炎对机体的损害，共同探讨狼疮肾炎治疗的新方法和新策略。

Over the past decade, the principles of treatment of all kinds of lupus nephritis has changed due to the results of randomized clinical trials in recent years. New treatment methods, such as short-term cyclophosphamide pulse then plus mycophenolate mofetil or other immune inhibitors or use of biological agents such as rituximab and other programs can be reduced to maintain the original efficacy due to long-term medicationa result of side effects.
