目的观察美能联合顺尔宁治疗咳嗽变异性哮喘的疗效。方法将符合临床诊断的咳嗽变异性哮喘97例按随机原则分为治疗组(52例，采用美能联合顺尔宁治疗)和对照组(45例，给予舒喘灵片和辅舒酮气雾剂)，比较治疗后两组疗效。结果与对照组比较，治疗组总有效率94.23％，观察组总有效率75.56％，经统计学分析，说明治疗组有效率显著高于对照组；治疗结束后随访3个月观察复发情况，治疗组复发率9.62％，观察组24.44％，经统计学分析，说明治疗组3个月复发率明显低于对照组。结论美能联合顺尔宁治疗咳嗽变异性哮喘疗效显著，复发率低。
目的觀察美能聯閤順爾寧治療咳嗽變異性哮喘的療效。方法將符閤臨床診斷的咳嗽變異性哮喘97例按隨機原則分為治療組(52例，採用美能聯閤順爾寧治療)和對照組(45例，給予舒喘靈片和輔舒酮氣霧劑)，比較治療後兩組療效。結果與對照組比較，治療組總有效率94.23％，觀察組總有效率75.56％，經統計學分析，說明治療組有效率顯著高于對照組；治療結束後隨訪3箇月觀察複髮情況，治療組複髮率9.62％，觀察組24.44％，經統計學分析，說明治療組3箇月複髮率明顯低于對照組。結論美能聯閤順爾寧治療咳嗽變異性哮喘療效顯著，複髮率低。
목적관찰미능연합순이저치료해수변이성효천적료효。방법장부합림상진단적해수변이성효천97례안수궤원칙분위치료조(52례，채용미능연합순이저치료)화대조조(45례，급여서천령편화보서동기무제)，비교치료후량조료효。결과여대조조비교，치료조총유효솔94.23％，관찰조총유효솔75.56％，경통계학분석，설명치료조유효솔현저고우대조조；치료결속후수방3개월관찰복발정황，치료조복발솔9.62％，관찰조24.44％，경통계학분석，설명치료조3개월복발솔명현저우대조조。결론미능연합순이저치료해수변이성효천료효현저，복발솔저。
Objective?To Observation on the therapeutic effect of Compound Glycyrrhizin combination with montelukast treatment of cough variant asthma. Methods Will meet the clinical diagnosis of cough variant asthma 97 cases were randomly divided into treatment group (52 cases, treated with Compound Glycyrrhizin Combined Singulair ) and control group (45 cases, Given salbutamol tablets and flixotide aerosol), Comparison of the two groups after treatment efficacy. Results Compared with the control group,the total effective rate of treatment group 94.23%, observation group total effectiveness 75.56%,through statistical analysis, it shows that the treatment group was significantly higher than that of the control group;follow-up 3 months after the end of treatment the recurrence were observed, the relapse rate in treatment group 9.62%, observation group 24.44%, through statistical analysis, it shows that the treatment group the recurrence rate of 3 months was significantly lower than the control group. Conclusion Compound Glycyrrhizin Combined with montelukast treatment of cough variant asthma significantly,The recurrence rate is low.
