目的研究结直肠癌中β-连环蛋白、E-钙蛋白及P53的表达，探讨其相关性及临床意义。方法采用免疫组化对80例结直肠癌的β-连环蛋白、E-钙蛋白及P53进行检测。结果β-连环蛋白、E-钙蛋白及P53在正常结直肠黏膜、结直肠腺瘤及结直肠癌细胞组间表达差异有显着的统计学意义。结论在结直肠癌组织和正常组织中β-连环蛋白、E-钙蛋白及P53均有不同程度的表达，阳性表达率差异有显着性。检测其表达异常对判断临床进展、推测预后以及制定针对性的治疗方案有一定的参考价值。

Objective?To investigate the expressions ofβ-catenin, E-cadherin and P53 in colorectal cancer and their clinicopathologic characteristics of colorectal cancer. Methods The expression ofβ-catenin, E-cadherin and P53 was detected by using immunohistochemistry in 80 cases with colorectal cancer. Results The expression ofβ-catenin, E-cadherin and P53 in normal colorectal mucosa, atypical hyperplasia colorectal mucosa and colorectal cancer cells was statistical significant Conclusion β-catenin, E-cadherin and P53 express in colorectal cancer tissues and normal tissues in different degree, but the positive expression rate was significantly different. The testing of their abnormal expressions is some valuable for judging clinical progress, presuming prognosis and making out special treatment protocol.
