自助式心理健康教育模式是当前心理健康教育模式的基本类型之一。自助式心理健康教育是指主体通过各种方式，满足自己的心理性需要，促进心理发展，维护心理健康的活动。结合模式的构成要素，即理念、目标、条件、程序、评价等五个方面，对职业学校自助式心理健康教育模式建构进行分析与探讨。
自助式心理健康教育模式是噹前心理健康教育模式的基本類型之一。自助式心理健康教育是指主體通過各種方式，滿足自己的心理性需要，促進心理髮展，維護心理健康的活動。結閤模式的構成要素，即理唸、目標、條件、程序、評價等五箇方麵，對職業學校自助式心理健康教育模式建構進行分析與探討。

Self-help mental health education mode is one of the basic types of the current mental health education modes. Self-help mental health education means that people seek a variety of ways to satisfy their psychological needs, promote mental development and maintain mental health. Based on the five aspects of mode components, namely the idea, objective, condition, procedure, evaluation and so on, this thesis analyzes and discusses construc-tion of self-help mental health education mode in vocational schools.
