和谐社会的构建赋予高等职业教育要解决好“培养什么人、如何培养人”的使命,这就要求高职教育者对新形势下的人才培养体系进行积极的探索。“常春藤”生命教育是以培养社会主义合格公民为诉求的创新高职教育观,其实践平台架构是对高职育人一线实践中和谐社会视野下高职人才培养体系创新的系统化研究,它是对《国家中长期教育改革和发展规划纲要(2010-2020)》(以下简称《纲要》)提出的战略主题中三个“坚持”在高职教育层面具体化的尝试,是加强和改进新时期高职大学生思想政治教育的新思路、新举措。因此,从高职校一线教育管理者的角度,对这一人才培养体系的构建及启示进行阐述。
和諧社會的構建賦予高等職業教育要解決好“培養什麽人、如何培養人”的使命,這就要求高職教育者對新形勢下的人纔培養體繫進行積極的探索。“常春籐”生命教育是以培養社會主義閤格公民為訴求的創新高職教育觀,其實踐平檯架構是對高職育人一線實踐中和諧社會視野下高職人纔培養體繫創新的繫統化研究,它是對《國傢中長期教育改革和髮展規劃綱要(2010-2020)》(以下簡稱《綱要》)提齣的戰略主題中三箇“堅持”在高職教育層麵具體化的嘗試,是加彊和改進新時期高職大學生思想政治教育的新思路、新舉措。因此,從高職校一線教育管理者的角度,對這一人纔培養體繫的構建及啟示進行闡述。

In the process of building the harmonious society, higher vocational education is faced with an urgent problem of"what people to train and how to train people", which requires higher vocational educators to explore the talents training system actively in the new situation. Life education of"Ivy"is an innovative concept of higher vocational education, aiming to cultivate qualified socialist citizens. Its realization channel lies in the systematic study of innovative higher vocational talents training system in a harmonious society and the specific trial of the Three Adherence in the strategic theme mentioned in the "national plan for medium and long-term educational reform and development plan(2010-2020)"(referred as the Plan in the following).The system is also a new idea and new measure to strengthen and improve the ideological and political education of vocational college students in the new period. This paper explains the building and its enlightenment of the above-mentioned system from the point view of an educator and supervisor of a higher vocational college.
