目的探讨连续护理干预模式对长期鼻饲患者吸入性肺炎发生率的影响.方法选取收治的脑卒中长期鼻饲患者43例,采用连续护理干预模式,观察比较干预前及干预后患者吸入性肺炎发生率、住院率.结果干预后吸入性肺炎发生率、住院率显著低于干预前(P＜0.05).结论通过建立从综合医院、社区医疗机构到家庭的连续护理干预模式,可实现对长期鼻饲患名的无缝隙连续护理干预,达到有效减少吸入性肺炎的发生率的目的,推荐推广应用.

Objective To investigate the effects of continuous nursing intervention mode on the incidence of aspiration pneumonia in long-term nasogastric patients.Methods To choose 43 cases of long-term nasogastric patients in our hospital between January 2011 and August 2011 as research object and they were treated with continuous nursing intervention.The incidence of aspiration pneumonia,hospitalization rates were observed and compared before and after the intervention.Results The incidence of aspiration pneumonia,hospitalization rate after intervention were siguificandy lower than those before the intervention (P ＜ 0.05).Conclusions Through the establishment of the consolidated hospitals,community health agencies to family intervention mode continuum of care,patients can achieve long-term nasogastric seamless continuum of care interventions,effectively reduce the objective to promote the application recommended the incidence of aspiration pneumonia.
