涡轮钻具的核心部件为定转子,在定转子逆向工程研究和定转子精度检验中,均需测量定转子的叶片叶型。但是,目前还没有具有一定精度的相关测量方法。通过分析涡轮钻具定转子的结构特点,提出采用接触测量方式测量叶片叶型,以平均水力半径为切割路径去掉叶片叶冠而获得叶型,给出了测量叶型吸力面和压力面型线的方法。在获得测量数据点坐标的基础上,结合流体流动的要求,提出以点分组控制三次曲线的方法拟合被测叶片型线。利用该方法,测量了φ127.0 mm涡轮钻具某型转子的叶片叶型,获取了被测叶型上196点的坐标值,并根据测点坐标值计算得到了叶片型线。实例证明,提出的方法可行,精度基本可以达到要求,可为涡轮钻具定转子叶片的测量检验或逆向工程设计提供技术参考。

T he core components of turbodrill are the stator and rotor .Profile measurement for rotor and stator blade is required in the study of the reverse engineering and accuracy test of the stator and ro-tor .This paper presents a method of contact measurement to measure blade profile through analyzing the structure characteristics of turbodrill’s stator and rotor ,and the technique to obtain blade profile by using the mean hydraulic radius as the cutting path to cut off blade shroud ,and gives the way to measure profile lines of the suction and pressure surfaces respectively .Based on the coordinates of measured points ,an in-novative method using the point packet controlling cubic curve manner to fit the blade profile under the flu-id flow requirements is put forward .A type of φ127.0 mm turbodrill rotor blade profile was measured by this method ,obtaining coordinate values of 196 points of measured blade profile ,and based on the coordi-nates of measured points ,blade profile lines were calculated .Case study shows the proposed method is fea-sible ,it can meet the accuracy requirement ,and provide technical references for measuring or reverse engi-neering design of turbodrill’s stator and rotor blades .
