人才战略是国家战略的重要组成部分,是国家发展战略的重要基础。要在各种全球化、一体化的国际环境中考量我国的人才战略。人才战略的制定与实施,必须从它的战略高度、强度、长度、宽度、深度等五个向度进行整体谋划和全面推进,即系统地、全面地、立体地制定与实施人才战略。
人纔戰略是國傢戰略的重要組成部分,是國傢髮展戰略的重要基礎。要在各種全毬化、一體化的國際環境中攷量我國的人纔戰略。人纔戰略的製定與實施,必鬚從它的戰略高度、彊度、長度、寬度、深度等五箇嚮度進行整體謀劃和全麵推進,即繫統地、全麵地、立體地製定與實施人纔戰略。
인재전략시국가전략적중요조성부분,시국가발전전략적중요기출。요재각충전구화、일체화적국제배경중고량아국적인재전략。인재전략적제정여실시,필수종타적전략고도、강도、장도、관도、심도등오개향도진행정체모화화전면추진,즉계통지、전면지、입체지제정여실시인재전략。
Talent strategy, one of the most important parts of national strategy, is the essential basic for nation development strategy. It’s necessary for us to contemplate the talent strategy in various globlization and Integration surroundings. The paper discusses how to contemplate and promote the formulation and implementation of talent strategy in an all-round way, proceeding from sophistication, strength, length, width, depth and so on. In a words, Talent strategy should be formulated and implemented in a systematic, comprehensive and three-dimensional way.
