住宅建筑的隔声问题逐渐被广泛关注。按照国家标准对现今常用的不同材质的墙体材料的隔声性能进行了检测与分析,结果表明:用单一轻型砌块墙及条板墙做分户墙体时,很难达到现行《民用建筑隔声设计规范》的要求,而复合墙体材料在隔声性能方面具有优越性。

The problem of residential building sound insulation has gradually received wide attention. This paper tests and analyzes the sound insulation performances of the commonly used different wall materials by the national standard. The re-sult shows that the single light block walls and slat walls that are used as household walls are not up to the standard ofthe current specification for design of civil building sound insulation requirements,whereas the composite wall materials have superiority in terms of sound insulation performance.
