烫印是印后加工的重要工艺之一,联机冷烫技术近年来得到了快速发展,目前的联机冷烫设备多为连续输送烫印箔,在印刷滚筒空档相对时造成了铝箔的浪费。为了解决此问题,采用凸轮摆杆机构,实现在空档相对时降低烫印箔输送速度,从而提高烫印箔的利用率。设计了一种跳步机构,对该跳步机构工作原理进行了阐述,对速度进行了计算和分析,建立了该机构的运动模型。结果表明,该机构能够在中低速胶印机上联机安装,并能有效地减少烫印箔的浪费。

Stamping is one of the most important processes of post-press production. The technology of online cold stamping has been developed rapidly in recent years. At present, the cold stamping foils move continuously in most of the online cold stamping equipment. So when the gap of blanket cylinder and impression cylinder are meeting, the foils will be wasted. In order to solve the problem, a kind of cam-lever mechanism is adopted to lower the speed of stamping foil movement at the gap meeting time, which can increase the utilization ratio of the foil. Based on the thoughts above, a new type of stepping mechanism is designed, the principle of the stepping mechanism is introduced, the velocity of the mechanism is calculated and analyzed, and the motion model is established. The result shows that the mechanism installs on the low-speed offset press and can save foil.
