为了保证综采工作面回采工作的安全,在分析采面煤层赋存条件和顶板现状的基础上,进行了采面液压支架选型设计。针对采面内断层多的特点,制定了相应的技术措施,采面工程实践结果表明,支架设计选型合理,顶板管理方法满足了顶板支护的要求,支架工作状态稳定,保证了回采工作面的安全生产,取得了良好的技术经济效益。
為瞭保證綜採工作麵迴採工作的安全,在分析採麵煤層賦存條件和頂闆現狀的基礎上,進行瞭採麵液壓支架選型設計。針對採麵內斷層多的特點,製定瞭相應的技術措施,採麵工程實踐結果錶明,支架設計選型閤理,頂闆管理方法滿足瞭頂闆支護的要求,支架工作狀態穩定,保證瞭迴採工作麵的安全生產,取得瞭良好的技術經濟效益。

In order to ensure the safety of fully mechanized mining face,and on the analysis of the mining face,on the basis of coal seam occurrence condition and the status quo of the roof,to carry out the mining face selection of the hydraulic support design, according to the characteristics of the mining surface fault within, formulated the corresponding technical measures,on the engineering practice results show that the stent design selection is reasonable, the roof management method to meet the requirements of the roof support,support working state stability,guarantee the safe production in mining work face,achieved good technical and economic benefits.
