为了提高聚丙烯阻燃性能,对炭纳米管、黏土、C60、富勒烯、聚倍半硅氧烷改性聚合物的阻燃性能和力学性能进行了综述,系统地归纳了5种纳米改性剂的阻燃机理。指出:目前任何一种阻燃剂都有自身缺陷,未来所需要的PP用阻燃剂不仅要大幅提高其阻燃性能,同时还要提高力学性能、热性能及其他物理性能。今后应深入研究纳米阻燃剂的表面改性技术,解决分散性、界面黏结性等问题,以减少其劣化材料力学性能的影响,提高阻燃效率。
為瞭提高聚丙烯阻燃性能,對炭納米管、黏土、C60、富勒烯、聚倍半硅氧烷改性聚閤物的阻燃性能和力學性能進行瞭綜述,繫統地歸納瞭5種納米改性劑的阻燃機理。指齣:目前任何一種阻燃劑都有自身缺陷,未來所需要的PP用阻燃劑不僅要大幅提高其阻燃性能,同時還要提高力學性能、熱性能及其他物理性能。今後應深入研究納米阻燃劑的錶麵改性技術,解決分散性、界麵黏結性等問題,以減少其劣化材料力學性能的影響,提高阻燃效率。

In order to improve flame retardant properties of polypropylene, flame retardancy and mechanical properties of carbon nanotubes, nanoclay, C60, fullerenes, polysilsesquiox-anes modified polymers are summarized, flame retardant mechanism of five kinds of nano-modifiers are reviewed system-atically, any kind of flame retardants currently has its own shortcomings, the future need PP with flame retardant not only to significantly increase its performance, but also improve the mechanical properties, thermal properties and other physical properties. Study should be focused on flame retardant surface modification technology, the dispersion, interfacial bonding and other issues, in order to reduce the impact of a deterioration of its mechanical properties, improve flame retardant efficiency.
