目的:应用血管回声跟踪技术(E-Tracking,ET)评价血压对颈动脉内皮功能及腔隙性脑梗死的影响。方法采用随机抽样法抽取我院2009年2月~2013年8月采用ET技术及颅脑MRI检查的门诊及住院患者,其中正常血压与各级高血压各60例,将各组间ET参数中的血管僵硬度(β)、弹性模量(Eρ)、血管顺应性(AC)及不稳定粥样硬化斑块及MRI检测出的腔隙性梗死进行比较。结果血管僵硬度(β)、弹性模量(Eρ)、不稳定斑块及腔隙性梗死统计数据随血压升高而升高,血管顺应性(AC)随血压升高而降低。结论血压升高与血管内皮功能损伤及腔隙性脑梗死密切相关,在高血压早期,即使颈动脉未发生形态及结构的改变,血压已成为血管内皮功能损伤的独立危险因素。

목적:응용혈관회성근종기술(E-Tracking,ET)평개혈압대경동맥내피공능급강극성뇌경사적영향。방법채용수궤추양법추취아원2009년2월~2013년8월채용ET기술급로뇌MRI검사적문진급주원환자,기중정상혈압여각급고혈압각60례,장각조간ET삼수중적혈관강경도(β)、탄성모량(Eρ)、혈관순응성(AC)급불은정죽양경화반괴급MRI검측출적강극성경사진행비교。결과혈관강경도(β)、탄성모량(Eρ)、불은정반괴급강극성경사통계수거수혈압승고이승고,혈관순응성(AC)수혈압승고이강저。결론혈압승고여혈관내피공능손상급강극성뇌경사밀절상관,재고혈압조기,즉사경동맥미발생형태급결구적개변,혈압이성위혈관내피공능손상적독립위험인소。
Objective To observe the efficacy of assessing blood pressure by E-Tracking on carotid artery endothelial function and lacunar infarction. Methods Sixty cases from normal blood pressure group and high blood pressure were out patients or hospitalized patients in the elderly care hospital from February 2009 to August 2013, and were all checked by ET and MRI. β, Eρ, AC, atherosclerotic plaques and lacunar infarction were compared. Results Vascular stiffness (β), modulus of elasticity (Eρ), unstable plaques and lacunar infarction statistics increased with increased blood pressure. Vascular compliance(AC) decreased with increased blood pressure. Conclusion The rise of blood pres-sure was closely related with vascular endothelial injury and lacunar infarction. Even though carotid artery is not obvi-ous pathological change in the early hypertension, blood pressure has become an independent risk factor for vascular endothelial injury.
