以机械压力喷嘴为研究对象,应用 VOF 模型对脉动压力下的喷嘴内部流场进行了数值模拟,分析了喷嘴在脉动压力下的流量、雾化角等特性。结果表明:脉动压力下瞬时流量和雾化角呈现相同频率的脉动,且平均流量基本在设计流量附近。流量的振幅随脉动频率的变化,呈现出先增大后减小的趋势,并在400Hz时达到最大值;入口压力与出口流量的相位差随频率的增大而增加,且近乎线性关系,脉动压力的幅值对相位差影响不大。

이궤계압력분취위연구대상,응용 VOF 모형대맥동압력하적분취내부류장진행료수치모의,분석료분취재맥동압력하적류량、무화각등특성。결과표명:맥동압력하순시류량화무화각정현상동빈솔적맥동,차평균류량기본재설계류량부근。류량적진폭수맥동빈솔적변화,정현출선증대후감소적추세,병재400Hz시체도최대치;입구압력여출구류량적상위차수빈솔적증대이증가,차근호선성관계,맥동압력적폭치대상위차영향불대。
Numerical simulation of internal flow of the simplex swirl atomizer is carried out by using VOF model. The change of spray angle and flow mass is analyzed under pulsating pressure condition. The results show the spray angle and flow mass fluctuate at the same frequency with the pulsating pressure. The average flow mass approximates the designed flow mass. The amplitude of the mass flow first increases and then decreases with the increase of the frequency, and reach the maximum value at 400Hz.The phase difference between outlet flow mass and inlet pressure increases linearly with the pressure frequency increasing, and the fluctuating pressure amplitude has little effect on the phase difference.
