通过对远程开放课程实用卫生统计学教学一体化设计、教学实践、问卷调查、统计分析、考核成绩统计分析等方面的实证研究表明:远程开放课程教学设计要以远程学习者的学习需求为根本,是远程开放学习环境的一体化设计,具有教学过程远程化管理与教学质量远程监控的功能。远程开放课程教学设计的重心要下移,从关注教学内容转变为关注学习情境,进而关注每个学习者的学习需求。
通過對遠程開放課程實用衛生統計學教學一體化設計、教學實踐、問捲調查、統計分析、攷覈成績統計分析等方麵的實證研究錶明:遠程開放課程教學設計要以遠程學習者的學習需求為根本,是遠程開放學習環境的一體化設計,具有教學過程遠程化管理與教學質量遠程鑑控的功能。遠程開放課程教學設計的重心要下移,從關註教學內容轉變為關註學習情境,進而關註每箇學習者的學習需求。

Through the empirical research on the integrated instructional design ,teaching practice , and statistical analysis of questionnaires and assessment of the course of Practical Health Statistics ,it is indicated that the instructional design of distance and open course should be based on the need of distance learners .It is an integrated design of distance and open learning environment and it possesses the function of tele -management and quality monitoring of distance teaching process .The centre of gravity of instructional design of distance and open course should shift downward .It should be changed from fo-cusing on teaching content into concerning the learning environment and then the individual needs of each learner .
