作为成人的教师,其发展目的是自我的不断更新,其价值取向是寻求完满而充盈的教育人生。本文采用叙事方法研究成人教育视域下教师的发展问题,提出教师的发展应该是生命的发展,其发展结构有自身的表征。生物性、心理性、职业性、文化性构成了教师教育生命发展的非线性动态框架,以促进教师摆脱单一的专业发展模式而走向生命的全能发展模式。

The teacher who educates adults whose development objective is to update themselves , and their value orientation is to persue perfect education life .This paper focuses on the problems of teacher development on the perspective of adult education based on narrative research ,then puts forward the viewpoint which teacher development is life development ,its development structure has its own characterizatics . Nonlinear dynamic frame of teacher educational life development is composed by biological ,psychological , professional and cultural features so as to get rid of single professional development mode ,then lead all -round development mode of life .
