采用湿式消解法进行前处理,石墨炉原子吸收光谱法测定鱼类肌肉组织内铅的含量,测定仪器采用波长283.3nm,狭缝1.3nm,灯电流9mA,干燥温度120℃,20s;灰化温度450℃,20s,原子化温度2000℃,5s,背景校正为直流塞曼效应。其含量为0.120-0.361mg/kg,相对标准偏差(RSD)为1.80%,回收率为97.8%-101%。
採用濕式消解法進行前處理,石墨爐原子吸收光譜法測定魚類肌肉組織內鉛的含量,測定儀器採用波長283.3nm,狹縫1.3nm,燈電流9mA,榦燥溫度120℃,20s;灰化溫度450℃,20s,原子化溫度2000℃,5s,揹景校正為直流塞曼效應。其含量為0.120-0.361mg/kg,相對標準偏差(RSD)為1.80%,迴收率為97.8%-101%。

We used wet digestion method of pretreatment and determined lead in fish muscle tissue with graph-ite furnace atomic absorption spectrometry. Wavelength of measuring instrument was 283. 3nm, slit was 1. 3nm, lamp current was 9mA, drying temperature was 120 ℃, 20s; ashing temperature was 450 ℃, 20s, atomization temperature was 2000 ℃, 5S, background correction was DC Zeeman effect. The content of lead was 0. 120 - 0. 361mg/kg, the relative standard deviation ( RSD ) was 1. 80%, the recovery rate was 97. 8% -101%.
