建立了鱼体中多氯联苯残留量的气相色谱分析方法。结果表明,7种指示性多氯联苯的线性范围为0.001μg/mL-0.20μg/mL。标准添加浓度为1.0μg/kg-10.0μg/kg时, PCB28、 PCB52、 PCB101、 PCB118、 PCB138、 PCB153和PCB180的回收率均为80%-105%。方法检出限为0.3μg/kg。该方法前处理简便快捷,净化效果好,准确性高。

We determined the amount of polychlorinated biphenyls in fish body by gas chromatography analysis method. The sample was extracted with hexane, purified by concentrated sulfuric acid, concentrated by gas chromatographic method for quantitative analysis. The results showed that the linear range of 7 polychlorinated biphenyls were 0. 001 μg/mL to 0. 20 μg/mL. The standard dosage was 1 μg/kg to 10 μg/kg, recovery of PCB28 , PCB52 , PCB101 , PCB118 , PCB138 , PCB153 and PCB180 were 80% - 105%. The detection limit was 0. 3 μ g/kg. The method was simple and fast. It had good purifying effect and high accuracy.
