通过对不同萃取与净化方法的比较选择,建立了一个同时检测环境介质中(水、沉积物)五种激素类物质与六种本分美内分泌干扰物的气相色谱-质谱联用分析方法,回收率在70%以上,应用此方法对松花江哈尔滨段江水样品和沉积物样品进行分析,结果酚类内分泌干扰物的浓度均远低于世界其他国家和地区,天然和人工合成激素类物质和其他国家和地区浓度相当或略高。
通過對不同萃取與淨化方法的比較選擇,建立瞭一箇同時檢測環境介質中(水、沉積物)五種激素類物質與六種本分美內分泌榦擾物的氣相色譜-質譜聯用分析方法,迴收率在70%以上,應用此方法對鬆花江哈爾濱段江水樣品和沉積物樣品進行分析,結果酚類內分泌榦擾物的濃度均遠低于世界其他國傢和地區,天然和人工閤成激素類物質和其他國傢和地區濃度相噹或略高。

Based on comparing of different extraction and cleaning methods, we developed a simultaneous method to determine five hormones and six Phenolic endocrine disrupting chemicals in water and sediment sam-ples by GC-MS. The recovery percentage was over 70%. The result indicated that the concentrations of phe-nolic endocrine disrupting chemicals in this area were substantially lower than other countries or regions and the concentrations of hormones in this area were Equal to or slightly higher than other countries or regions.
