梁漱溟毕生都在从事教育事业,开展了各种类型的教育活动。他在山东开展的乡村建设运动主要是通过乡村教育来实现的,其主要形式是乡农学校以及由乡农学校改组的乡学、村学。课程设置注重“学生的全部生活”,以“解决社会问题和人生问题”为目标,推动乡村建设的开展。在“同有课程”基础之上,以“根据因地制宜的原则设置相异课程”为特色,使课程思想落到实处,体现理论和实际的统一。

량수명필생도재종사교육사업,개전료각충류형적교육활동。타재산동개전적향촌건설운동주요시통과향촌교육래실현적,기주요형식시향농학교이급유향농학교개조적향학、촌학。과정설치주중“학생적전부생활”,이“해결사회문제화인생문제”위목표,추동향촌건설적개전。재“동유과정”기출지상,이“근거인지제의적원칙설치상이과정”위특색,사과정사상락도실처,체현이론화실제적통일。
Liang Shu ming was engaged in education with all his life and carried out various types of education .He developed the Shandong Rural Construction Movement and it was mainly done by rural education whose main form is Farmers Schools and Township School ,Village School reorganized by Farmers Schools .The curriculum idea was given priority to develop student whole life ,to solve the problem of social problems and life , to promote the development of rural construction ;Curriculum setting was on the basis of the same course ,and based on the principle of adjusting measures to local con-ditions ,to make curriculum ideas into practice ,and achieve the unity of the theory and practice .
