高性能新型工模具材料的设计、制造与应用研究是先进制造技术及相关领域的重大课题之一,也是当前该领域发展最迅速、最活跃的课题之一。本文将工模具材料的设计制造技术与微纳米复合陶瓷结合在一起,采用人工神经网络、遗传算法、免疫算法或几种算法相结合,对陶瓷工模具材料的组分、结构、烧结工艺等进行计算,得到最优的组分和制备参数,并在此基础上,研制Al2O3、ZrO2和Ti(C,N)基高性能新型陶瓷工模具材料。复合陶瓷具有高硬度、高耐磨的优势,可以提高工模具的使用寿命和加工质量。
高性能新型工模具材料的設計、製造與應用研究是先進製造技術及相關領域的重大課題之一,也是噹前該領域髮展最迅速、最活躍的課題之一。本文將工模具材料的設計製造技術與微納米複閤陶瓷結閤在一起,採用人工神經網絡、遺傳算法、免疫算法或幾種算法相結閤,對陶瓷工模具材料的組分、結構、燒結工藝等進行計算,得到最優的組分和製備參數,併在此基礎上,研製Al2O3、ZrO2和Ti(C,N)基高性能新型陶瓷工模具材料。複閤陶瓷具有高硬度、高耐磨的優勢,可以提高工模具的使用壽命和加工質量。

The material design , preparation and application of the new high-performance tool and die materials is one of the major issue of advanced manufacturing technology ,and is also the most active and the fastest growing issues in the field .In this paper , combining the tool and die material design and manufacturing techniques and the micro-nano composite techniques together , using artificial neural networks ,genetic algorithms , immune algorithms , or a combination of several algorithms to calculate the components,structure,sintering process of ceramic tool and die materials ,the optimal composition and preparation parameters were obtained .And on this basis,the new Al2O3,ZrO2 and Ti(C,N) based high-performance ceramic tool and die materials are developed .These composite ceramic tool and die materials could improve the tool and die life and processing quality because of the high hardness and high wear resistance .
