应用PLC自动控制技术,使用Wincc7.0和Step7作为编程开发工具,主站与从站采用Profibus DP通讯,采用Oracle 10g数据库,开发了转炉辅助区域控制系统,主要包括基础自动化系统和综合管控信息系统。该系统在河北某钢厂应用后,运行安全稳定,实现各区域系统设备集中监控与远程操作,完善了设备硬件诊断及网络通讯诊断功能。

With the use of Wincc 7.0 and step7 as development tools, Integrated management and control system for auxiliary area of converter is developed with the application of PLC automation control technology. In this system, Oracle 10 g database is used and Profibus DP is used for communication between master and slave station. It mainly consists of basic automation system and integrated management and control system. The concentrated monitor and remote operation for the system equipments in the area are achieved. The function of equipment hardware diagnosis and network communication fault diagnosis is improved in this system. It is steady, safe and reliable during its application process in a steel plant in Hebei province.
