通过全面检索国内外农作物病虫害防治技术专利，按照化学防治、生物防治、物理机械防治等重要技术进行分类，分析了主要专利国家在专利类别与布局方向上的显著差异性，以及专利重点技术锁定与突破、专利领域不同技术力量、专利权人（申请人）排名、专利技术活跃周期等典型特征，提出了我国要强化政府的引导作用，企业在农作物病虫害防治技术领域要制定符合企业自身需求的知识产权战略等重要专利战略选择。

Through a comprehensive search on domestic and foreign patents of crop diseases and pests control technology, the significant differences in the type of patent and the layout direction of main countries , and the patent technology and the key breakthrough , the locking patent in different fields of technology , the patentee ( the applicant) ranking, patent technology active period were analyzed according to the important technical classification including chemical control, biological control, physical control etc.Some countermeasures were put forward that the government's guiding role should be strengthened and the enterprises should draw up the important patent strategy choices including intellectual property strategy in the field of crop diseases and pests control technology based on their own needs.
