研究了pH、盐度对茂名海域文昌鱼的急性毒性,在水温(25±1)℃条件下,找出了文昌鱼在高低pH和高低盐度水体中96 h LC50分别为:pH为5和10;盐度为17.5‰和47.5‰。pH和盐度对文昌鱼出砂率和死亡率的影响均呈典型的V字型,影响的方程为二项式方程。文昌鱼出砂率和死亡率与pH值和盐度变化均为高度相关(r>0.8)。随时间延长,文昌鱼活力降低,体色加深,出砂和死亡数增多。

연구료pH、염도대무명해역문창어적급성독성,재수온(25±1)℃조건하,조출료문창어재고저pH화고저염도수체중96 h LC50분별위:pH위5화10;염도위17.5‰화47.5‰。pH화염도대문창어출사솔화사망솔적영향균정전형적V자형,영향적방정위이항식방정。문창어출사솔화사망솔여pH치화염도변화균위고도상관(r>0.8)。수시간연장,문창어활력강저,체색가심,출사화사망수증다。
This experiment was conducted to study The acute toxicity of pH and salinity on the Bran-chiostoma belcheri .To find the 96 h LC50 of Branchiostoma belcheri in the water of pH and salinity . The results showed that the limit of Branchiostoma belcheri in the water of pH and salinity .In the pH water the 96 h LC50 is 5 and 10 ;and in the salinity the 96 h LC50 is 17 .5‰ and 47 .5‰ .The influ-ence of pH and salinity to the rate of out of sand and death rate is V .T he effect of equation is binomi-al equation .The rate of out of sand with the change of salinity and the death rate with the change of salinity are height (r>0 .8) .The lively of Branchiostoma belcheri got much lower ,their colour got darken ,and the Branchiostoma belcheri got out of sand and death more and more .
